Camera editing

Editing: Using editing on a shot is adding a technique to make the shot more interesting for the audience to watch the film.

Cross cutting: Where the editing cuts from one shot to another. This is more likely used when there is a lot of action happen at once and they want you to constantly see the changes.

Fade in: Where the shot slowly appears on the screen.

Fade out: The shot slowly disappears from the screen.

Jump cut: The shot does a jump and it appears to another different shot.

Wipe: Where something walks or moves across the screen and like a wiping motion it wipes to a different shot.

Zoom: Where the shot zooms out of the shot.
